Law of obligations reform 2002: limitation, recalculated

The Act on the Modernisation of the Law of Obligations of 26 November 2001 recast limitation. Article 229 § 6 EGBGB says what becomes of claims existing on 1 January 2002. This page reads the transitional provision and fills the headings of GGO §§ 42 to 44. The old period and its start are inputs of each dossier; pre-2002 law is not executed here.
